Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Vietnamese and have a strong understanding of app and IoT devices.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure app and IoT devices at customer locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to app and IoT devices
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure efficient resolution of issues
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on app and IoT devices
- Keep accurate records of installation and maintenance activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with app and IoT devices
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with common app and IoT platforms and technologies
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations
