Admin Cashier

Job description

Admin Cashier are responsible for the operation of POS locations throughout the operations. Admin Cashier also insure that all items are fully stocked and properly distributed. Admin Cashier report to and receive instructions from the Manager of Program Operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communicates with others in a polite and professional manner; answering questions with regards to our products. • Record customer and volunteer transactions; accurately handle monetary transactions by operating a cash register (POS system). • Responsible for end of day drawer reporting and balancing of all POS locations. • Manage on-board inventory and distribution for any special programs and events. • Restock merchandise shelves. • Complete accurate reports documenting sales and inventory. • Cleans work areas as needed; wash and sanitize equipment necessary. • Resolve customer service issues with authority, diplomacy, and sensitivity. • Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS A. EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE Candidate must possess at least a HS Graduate or College Level degree in any field. B. SKILLS Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, primarily Excel. Good communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. C. WORK EXPERIENCE At least one (1) year of related work experience is required for this position.
